Dunster Show, Friday 21st August 2026 provides a unique opportunity to see the best of Somerset farming and livestock alongside entertainment for a fun day out for all the family.
The Show’s wide variety of trade stands and entertainment provides something for everyone, whether you want a fun day out for the kids or an opportunity to explore local crafts and agriculture.
One of the many highlights of the trade stands includes the Show’s flourishing food hall where you can sample foods from numerous local producers.
Throughout the day the shows Main Ring provides captivating performances. 2026 will feature the incredible Jamie Squibb FMX Freestyle Motorcross Display Team. Join Jamie in the main ring for a high flying display of dare devil mid-air stunts. A real crowd pleaser!
The Shetland Grand National will also be coming to main ring at Dunster this year. We are excited to welcome these fast and furious little ponies with their brave jockeys battling it out over mini national hunt fences to claim the win. Not to be missed are the famous Parade of Horses, followed later in the afternoon by the Parade of Cattle and Sheep and who would want to miss the infamous Vintage Tractors as they enter the main ring?
Gates open at 8am, dogs welcome on short leads, Credit/Debit Cards accepted on the gate and cash back available.

All parking is free and has level access, Blue Badge disabled forward parking is available but limited, disabled toilets available on site.
